Do I have to be a BPM property management client?
No. We take interior projects from homeowners, rental owners, and investors in the Pendleton area, whether or not BPM manages the property.
Do you do full gut remodels or structural work?
Our focus is cosmetic interior work. Structural changes, additions, and major plumbing or electrical scopes need additional review, and we'll tell you up front if a project isn't a good fit.
